We do all that we can in our own kitchen with our own hands from scratch recipes and only quality ingredients. Our Pot Pies don't sit around waiting to be ordered. Each Pot Pie is filled and baked when your order comes in. The flavor of Natural Fed Humanely Raised Meats, Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp and the freshest Vegetables and Herbs come through in every bite! Our Gnocchi and Mozzarella are homemade and you won't find ready-made-foods in our kitchen! Football Game Day Specials, Whole Dessert Pies and other family style items available with notice.

Chef/Owner Frank Imbarlina is no stranger to the Food & Beverage industry. Entering the biz at the age of 15 Frank has more than 30 years in the business. In that time Frank has been a 3-Star and 4-Star reviewed Executive Chef and Operator in major culinary markets including Miami, NYC, Philadelphia. And has written and published two cookbooks..."Key West Mex" and "Shelter In Soup", both available on Amazon.
Bootsy's Pot Pies was conceived to offer a new option to the curbside & delivery concept that is rapidly growing due to our current state of affairs. Feeling a lack of variety in cuisine options when he searched for himself, particularly ones that offered delicious and fun, but still healthy dishes. And dishes that were designed specifically for Pick Up/Delivery.
Frank is also the Chef-Owner of SRQ Cured, launched in early March 2021. SRQ Cured produces locally smoked fish and charcuterie items. Currently you can find these products at Morton's Market in Sarasota.
