Chef/Owner Frank Imbarlina is no stranger to the Food & Beverage industry. Entering the biz at the age of 15 Frank has more than 30 years in the business. In that time Frank has been a 3-Star and 4-Star reviewed Executive Chef and Operator in  major culinary markets including Miami, NYC, Philadelphia.  And has written and published two cookbooks..."Key West Mex" and "Shelter In Soup", both available on Amazon.
Frank is also the Chef-Owner of SRQ Cured, launched in early March 2021. SRQ Cured produces locally smoked fish and charcuterie items.  Currently you can find these products at Morton's Gourmet Market and Siesta Key MArket in Sarasota, Fields & Table Market in Riverview and Oakes Farm Seed To Table in Naples.  A number of restaurants, country clubs and hotels in Sarasota, Venice, Fort Meyers, Naples and St. Pete are serving SRQ Products as well.  Ask for our products at your favorite Gourmet and Specialty Shops and restaurants.
